TICKET PURCHASE
The online procedure is completed when you receive two e-mails: the first one with your summed-up order and authorization from the bank, the second one with your voucher confirmation. For the Uffizi Gallery, Palatine Gallery, Boboli Gardens, and San Marco Museum in the second e-mail you receive the link to download your tickets.
When you make your reservation on the same day or the day after, we will send immediately your voucher or tickets. In all other cases, the voucher will be ready to print and the tickets will be available for download as soon as possible. We will inform you when it is ready to print via e-mail. If you don't receive email, please contact us, maybe there is spam problem or your email address is not correct. Remember you cannot enter in the museum without your voucher or without your reservation number (on voucher) or without the ticket for the Uffizi Gallery, Palatine Gallery, Boboli Gardens, and San Marco Museum, if you have problem in printing it, you can show your voucher on your phone or tablet.
If you don't receive any information within 8 hours please get in contact with us.
Please send us an e-mail with your name and your Hotel e-mail address so that we can send your voucher directly to your Hotel. You will find it when you arrive.

Click on "Download Area" at the left bottom or on the top right of all the web pages and follow the instructions to rescue your voucher or tickets.
Please ask at the entrance desk before waiting in a long line to ensure you’re at the correct location. Reservations receive priority entry.
Sometimes it's not possible to accommodate all reservation requests, especially during busy periods, so you may be assigned a similar time to the one you originally requested.
No you don't. Everything is enclosed in the payment of your voucher or tickets.
Only in the case of an exhibition, you may pay a supplement which will be communicated to you at the time of reservation.
No, you can visit the museum only at the date and time printed on your voucher or on the tickets.
Changes and Cancellations
Only for Accademia Gallery, Medici Chapel and Bargello Museum, you could click on "Download Area" button, on the top right of all the web pages, insert your e-mail address, then you have two cases, For the Accademia Gallery, the Medici Chapel, and the Bargello Museum only, you can click the "Download Area" button at the top right of all web pages and enter your email address. You then have two options, as follows: (For other museums, where admission requires a ticket, it will not be possible to change your visit.)
1st: You do not have your reservation number yet assigned, so you can simply click on the “change” button and send an e-mail to us, using the given form, with the new requested date/time, without any additional charge.
2nd: you have already been given the reservation number, so please ckick the “change” button and you will be redirect to the event main page where you can change your date/time directly on the top left form, the same used for your original reservation.
Please note that in this case you have to pay an additional service of 5 Euro for the change.
You can reserve a different day and/or time paying euro 5 for ticket, except for the Uffizi Gallery, Pitti Gallery, Boboli Gardens, and San Marco Museum. For the same reason it is not possible to refund the ticket but you may book a different day/time also for the following year.
For guided tours only, if a cancellation is made at least 4 days before the day of the visit, the cancellation penalty is equal to 50% per ticket.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the visit, the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE).

For free or reduced tickets, I need to show ID to confirm my age and nationality.
You may also just show your reservation ticket on your phone or tablet if you haven't had the opportunity to print it. The voucher is required to collect tickets for museums that accept voucher exchange; without it, you will not be granted entry. For the Uffizi Gallery, Pitti Gallery, Boboli Gardens, and San Marco Museum, you will need to show with your phone or tablet, the previously downloaded ticket directly, and without a ticket, you will also not be granted entry.
No, this is not possible. Voucher or ticket is a reservation just for one time.
