Visit a Florentine Renaissance home and the collection of a British art historian in the palace once owned by Herbert Percy Horne.

Just a stone's throw away is the famous church of S Croce where some of the most famous Italians are buried: Michelangelo and Galileo to name but two.

Discover this charming area every Monday morning. In the afternoon the tour will continue with the visit of Palazzo Vecchio. For more than seven centuries, the Palazzo Vecchio (the Old Palace) has been the recognizable symbol of the political life in Florence.

The guided visit includes the spectacular Salone dei Cinquecento designed by Giorgio Vasari for the Grand Duke Cosimo I, the rooms dedicated to the Medici Pope Leo X, the famous room of the Elements, the apartment of Eleonora, and the numerous areas decorated by the masterpieces of celebrated artists of the Renaissance such as Michelangelo, Donatello, and Verrocchio.
